The AALAW Intake Process is a secure online portal built for Alex & Amersi LLP, a Kenyan law firm, to help prospective and existing clients begin their legal matters before they ever step into the office. Instead of arriving at a consultation with no preparation, clients can complete a guided, confidential intake form from home, at their own pace, and on any device.
Two main flows are supported today: a comprehensive Will Intake, which walks a client through personal details, family and dependants, executors, beneficiaries, assets, guardianship arrangements for minors, and final signing instructions; and a Business Setup intake, which collects everything needed to register a new Kenyan private limited company, including directors, shareholders, share capital, and post-registration support needs.
This app is for individuals planning their estate, entrepreneurs and investors forming a new company in Kenya, and the Alex & Amersi legal team who review and act on the information submitted. Every submission is encrypted, reference-coded, and only visible to the client who created it and firm administrators.
